YouTube user ‘KBL1974’ released a yesterday a brand new video that showcases the upcoming latest version of GTA IV’s amazing mod, iCEnhancer. This pre-release tech demo shows most of iCEnhancer 1.35 features which are new clouds (fluffy appearance with orange coloring having been removed), various fixes and reworks to sun color and certain time of day/weather configurations, as well as evamped and re-engineered environmental effects including ‘Lens Flair’, ‘Depth of Field’, and ‘Motion Blur’.
