Stuart Poole, head of production at YoYo Games, said:

“On behalf of YoYo Games, we want to congratulate the Green Lava Studios’ team on winning the GameMaker Game Of The Year. The GameMaker engine has enabled talented game developers realize their dreams and it’s wonderful to see Eduardo and his Costa Rican team achieve the success that they deserve.”

Eduardo Ramirez, lead programmer and founder of Green Lava Studios, added:

“GameMaker is an amazing engine that gives us the power and speed – especially speed – to make Fenix Rage the fast and furious game experience we wanted.
