Warhorse is a new gaming studio, formed by ex-Bohemia Interactive, Codemasters and 2K Czech members. Their first game will be an RPG that hasn’t been announced yet but promises to be based on open world, strong storyline and realistic design.
As the studio describes on their website:
“We can proudly say that the games Mafia and Operation Flashpoint were the vanguard of this approach and millions of players worldwide clearly share our view. Even if our new project is different in many respects, it is a game that is not going to disappoint fans of open realistic worlds and quality stories. We are positive we are not making this game for ourselves only but for you as well.”
The team is currently looking for a Senior Programmer, Senior 3D Artist, Level designer and Net Admin.
John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
