A lot of players were excited when V1 Interactive announced Disintegration; a new sci-fi first-person shooter from the co-creator of Halo. However, it appears that the game flopped (at least commercially). Thus, and in order to let more players experience it, V1 Interactive announced a free weekend period for it.
Disintegration combines FPS and real time strategy elements. In this gmae, players will pilot a heavily armed Gravcycle. Players will command their troops on the ground as they battle through the SP mode. Furthermore, the game promises to feature a frenetic PvP multiplayer against other pilots and their crews.
Do note that this free to play weekend period will only give you access to the game’s multiplayer mode. Both the single-player and multiplayer modes will be available during this free to play period. Moreover, the team will be offering the game with a 40% discount during this F2P weekend.
Disintegration came out on the PC on July 16th. The game currently has Mixed reviews on Steam.
