Battlefield fans, get ready for a treat. While the open beta phase of Battlefield: Hardline begins tomorrow, PC gamers can go ahead and download the beta from Origin right now.
The open beta client weights around 11GB and can be downloaded from Origin. All you have to do is follow these steps:
1) Download Origin
2) Launch Origin
3) Click on Store
4) Head over at Free Games -> Demos and Betas
5) Click On Battlefield: Hardline and download the beta
Battlefield: Hardline’s open beta will last until February 8th, and will feature three different maps and two different modes.
Enjoy!

I will give it a try!
Thanks
Will be interesting since DICE is not involved with this game.
Hate to break it to you but DICE are involved. They are helping Visceral Games
Well boo hoo it’s not 100% like the F up’s called BF1, 2, 3, 4…. They had four trys now it’s Visceral’s turn and they are the lead dev team..
There was no BF 1 or 2.. they were all years (before the BC series) or the Bad Company series called BC 1/2
Yeah, gonna try it tomorrow. From what I’ve seen so far from the “exclusive” gameplay videos this game may actually be a breath of fresh air in my battlefield experience because I’d gotten quite tired of playing basically the same military shooter game for over 3 years now (BF3 and 4, RU vs USA vs China). Cops and robbers fantasy that they’ve incorporated into this game sounds really promising. Can’t wait!
nice servers tonight on Origin i downloaded the game with 105 MB/s 🙂
yeah the DL was very fast for me. But I am on 100 Meg Comcast service but still it was very fast from their end. Can’t wait till I get off work tonight to play it.
Omg our country still living in 1990 :p max download speed 550kbs
That’s what he says, he says nothing about playing it ‘now’ but tomorrow.
Is this one of those games where you point and click the mouse at what you want to kill?
Yes, like most PC games.
No, you need to use a macro like 90% of the other players.
Otherwise you’ll be pointing and clicking and missing.
Played the other Alpha/Beta test.
Not playing it again.
I can wait 3-4 months and get it for $10 if I get it at all.
All my FPS needs will be fulfilled by Rainbow Six Siege.
At least I hope so…
very fast download nad a good shooter
