By now, most The Witcher 3 fans are aware of the amazing HD Reworked Project from Hulk Hogan. And today, we have some good news for all of you. Another HD Remaster Mod is currently in development. So, let’s take a closer look at it.
For those who did not know, The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project improves the game with top-notch textures that look great and run smoothly, without needing more VRAM. The pack includes high-quality, accurate normal maps, many of which are made from detailed 3D models. Moreover, it brings better LODs for objects, as well as a better view distance.
Kwest0rek’s HD Immersion Pack does a similar thing for objects that were not covered in the HD Reworked Project. Right now, the mod replaces 41 models in the game with completely new ones in high resolution. Its latest version covers fruits, various herb bags, meats and dishes, vegetables, as well as decorative and utility items.
You can go ahead and download the mod from this link. In theory, it should be compatible with the HD Reworked Project. At the end of the article, you can also find some comparison screenshots. These will give you a pretty good idea of what you can expect from it.
Speaking of The Witcher 3 Next-Gen, you can also download some other cool mods for it. For example, there is a really cool first-person mod. The Characters Reworked Project is another interesting mod that improves the quality of over 100 characters. Let’s also not forget this mod that lets you kill most in-game NPCs. Then we have this mod that overhauls the game’s combat with better animations, better targeting, and new dodging mechanics.
In July 2024, we shared mods that restored the boat races and added 15 new quests. A modder has also restored the reputation system that CDPR cut from the game. Plus, there is a cool fan expansion, based on the original book “The Last Wish”.
In December 2023, we shared this mod that restores content that was cut from all previous The Witcher games. Then, in February 2024, we shared a mod that attempted to remove the fake “hero” light from the game’s cut-scenes. There is also this mod that allows you to explore a part of the world from the first The Witcher game in TW3. Oh, and don’t forget this mod that allows you to ride a Griffin. Or how about this Sekiro-inspired combat mod?
We also have some mods for those playing with Ray Tracing. The RTX Mirrors Mod adds proper reflections to the game’s mirrors. Then we have this mod that improves the fire effects via Ray Tracing Global Illumination. Plus, this mod fixes the Ray Tracing bleach issues.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

Very insightful — I’d love to hear your thoughts on related tools.
Off-topic: Just to inform you about an unofficial patch for Dead Space 2 that has been released, it's made by the same author who made the EchoPatch for FEAR that has been covered by DSOG just yesterday, it's named MarkerPatch (Google it), it fixes the most annoying issues of DS2 and makes the PC version up to PC standards:
– Stabilizes Havok physics at high framerates, preventing corpses and limbs from flying across rooms.
– Fixes crash on systems with more than 10 CPU cores.
– Mouse raw input support.
– Corrects VSync to use the selected refresh rate instead of forcing 30 FPS.
– Enables proper subtitle scaling at resolutions above 720p.
– Disables online connectivity attempts and removes related error messages (servers are offline).
– Additional features include DLC management, anisotropic filtering override, corpse persistence, intro skip, and more. All options are configurable through MarkerPatch.ini.
I hope DS1 and 3 would get the same treatment, and since it's open-source, i hope the community will find a way to port the Severed story DLC that has never been released on PC, kudos to the Author !
"recently" played through ds1 remake, ds2 and ds3 and thoroughly enjoyed all. for ds2 and ds3 i just added the mouse-fix file.
With this patch you play DS2 at very high framerates without issues, and it includes the mouse fix along many other fixes, i hope the OG DS1 and DS3 will get the same treatment
Halk Hogan is an a**hole that refuses to update his Cyberpunk HD texture pack for several years now
Witcher 3 is a far far inferior game
