Modder ‘Arx Vallium’ has released a new horror/mystery themed quest mod for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This mod, titled “Shroud Over Stalrous Manor”, spans 9 chapters of dark mystique, mystery and psychogenic horror.
This mod focuses heavily on searching for secret levers or finding important items that might help you along the way. Moreover, all new areas that you explore will be blanketed in darkness so using a light source will be a must. Not only that, but the mod also features a new light source, the candle. Players can find candles throughout their time exploring the estate.
You can download the mod from here. To begin the quest you need to buy a room at the Jerall View Inn in Bruma and use it. Be also sure to read its installation instructions.
