Our reader ‘Jonathan Gustafsson’ has informed us about a new, hilarious, mod for GTA IV that introduces a giant duck, a zebra, an ostrich and a tiger to Rockstar’s title. Naturally, there are all sorts of collision issues with these new animals, but the purpose of the mod is to provide some alternative fun experience (and it bloody as hell achieves that). As Jonathan noted, a download link for this mod – which was created by indirivacua – will be available next week, and you can view below a video from it. Enjoy! A team of Final Fantasy fans got together and created an amazing live action trailer for an unofficial, fan-made, movie based on Final Fantasy VI. And even though the trailer looks great, we are pretty sure that Square Enix will send Bad Pixel a C&D letter. Which is precisely why the team has not started working on the full movie. Bad Pixel wants to acquire permission from Square-Enix to run a Kickstarter Campaign, however that will most probably won’t happen anytime soon. Let’s not forget that another FF movie – based on FFVII – had a Kickstarter and Square Enix took it down. Here is hoping that the Japanese studio will give the green light to Bad Pixel, though things are not looking ideal. Still, the trailer looks good so go ahead and take a look! Our dear friends over at PCGamesHardware have created an interesting comparison between the alpha and the retail version of Total War: Rome II. As we can clearly see, the alpha version had a specific color grading effect that is missing from the retail version. Not only that, but the whole lighting system seems better in the alpha version. To be honest, the retail version feels a bit bland in some scenes, so we don’t know what had gone wrong with it. HDR and bloom effects also seem better enhanced in the alpha version. Moreover, it comes as no surprise that the first set of screenshots for Rome 2 were bullcraps (in short, photoshopped) and nothing more. Enjoy the video below!
