Fatshark has released a new gameplay video for their squad-based action RPG, Krater. Krater looks great and is currently slated for a June 12th release on Steam. KRATER is a lush post-apocalyptic top down RPG and the base pillars are crafting, exploration and consequence. Wolfire Games have released a new video that showcases the changes that have been made to the latest alpha version of Overgrowth. This week, David Rosen has set up proper animatable wolf rig, started to overhaul level load system and fixed a memory leak when saving shadow textures. Good news for ArmA fans as some new footage from ArmA 3 has emerged. Czech gaming channel “Gamepage.cz” interviewed Bohemia’s Ivan Buchta in which the YouTube gaming channel has featured some new footage from the company’s upcoming military sim. Although the footage was captured in low-res, it looks great and you’ll be able to take a look at the new Stratis island. ArmA 3 is currently slated for a late 2012 release on the PC. Enjoy! We’ve said a lot of times that mods can literally change the look of a game. And you do know that there are a lot of mods for Skyrim, right? Well, nothing have prepared you for the following video that showcases some pretty amazing visuals. YouTube’s member ‘MrRhexx’ used the realistic setting from cinemascope combined with the cinematic settings from cinematic ENB mod – that work wonderfully together – and captured some footage of Skyrim. The end result is unbelievable and could very well be mistaked as a CGI footage. MrRhexx also used the Daedric Reaver Armor and the footage is from a scene taken from Chronicles of a Sad Story 3. A couple of days ago, Ubisoft revealed some unreleased artworks for Assassin’s Creed. Assassin’s Creed was meant to be – back in the days – a co-op Prince of Persia game and today we present you some footage from that early version of it. Awesome news for anime and Diablo fans as Blizzard’s upcoming Diablo III will get an animated short film. Diablo III: Wrath is directed by Peter Chung and will tell the breakdown of the angels players will be able to see inside the minds of the angels and understand how they do and don’t work together. No ETA has been announced as of yet but the film will be made available before the game’s release. We’ll keep you posted, so stay tuned for more. Enjoy! Zapruder Pictures created an amazing short film that is based on Remedy’s Max Payne. Written and directed by Guillermo Fernández de Oliveira and Javier Esteban Loring, Max Payne: Valhalla is the best tribute to this classic third person shooter game. It has noir-style monologues, graphic novel panels, follows the events of the game so closely… hell, it even has a reload sequence. Now that’s just brilliant. So sit back and enjoy Max Payne fans.
