YouTube’s member ‘ChronicExe’ has uploaded the first gameplay footage from Warframe, Digital Extremes’ upcoming futuristic free-to-play third person shooter. Warframe is powered by the Evolution Engine (despite the user talking about CryEngine 3) and is supposedly supporting DX11 features. It looks bloody gorgeous and could very well be the best – visually – free-to-play title to this date. Question now is whether Digital Extremes will be able to implement lots of modes and features in order to keep players interested to it. The game is currently in closed beta phase. Enjoy! YouTube’s member ‘devinsupertramp’ and his friends made an amazing live-action video that supposedly showcases an early verion of Halo 5 for X720. The costumes are a beauty to behold and we seriously think that these guys should use them to make a proper Halo movie. On the other hand, the commentary in this video sucks. It really, really, REALLY does. In fact, we’d advise you to watch the video in mute mode due to the awful commentator. Enjoy! Continue reading Halo 5 In Real Life – Fan-Made Live-Action Video→
Our reader ‘Clyde Vassallo’ has just informed us about a huge 24-minute compelling tribute video for Assassin’s Creed’s Ezio Auditore character, a really great tribute to one of the best characters of all time – if we may add – that all AC fans will appreciate. This is our weekend spotlight, so kudos to Clyde for creating something like that. Our only gripe is with the somehow choppy gameplay footages that have been used. Still, this is a tribute worth your time, so make sure to give it a go! Continue reading Assassin’s Creed – A Future Without Ezio Auditore – Fan-Made Tribute To Ezio→
Ferino Design has created an amazing fan-made trailer for Bungie’s Destiny. This trailer is made of the leaked artworks that were released a while ago and looks absolutely stunning. What’s really amazing is that we get to see what Destiny could look like, provided it had visuals similar to those leaked artworks. And ironically, this fan-made trailer may be better than the official one, whenever that comes out. Enjoy! Continue reading Bungie’s Destiny Gets A Fan-Made Art Animated Trailer→
Moby Dick Studios has released an alternative version of The Phantom Pain’s premiere trailer. This new trailer is packed with some new audio, and could very well include various hints about the game (and it’s connection with the MGS universe… well… that is if this title is indeed connected to it). No release date has been announced as of yet. Enjoy! Continue reading The Phantom Pain Trailer – Alternative Version→
Hidden Panda Games has released the first trailer of its upcoming survival horror title, Survivor Zero. Survivor Zero feels like a mix between Amnesia, REC and Paranormal Activity, combined with the openness of STALKER (if that makes sense) that will be filled with zombies. It does look interesting, though there isn’t any ETA as of yet. According to the team, Survivor Zero is a sandbox style survival game with some elements of horror set in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse, is powered by the Unity Engine, will feature procedurally generated content, will be open to mods, and will be coming on the PC, Mac and Linux. We should also note that the team is composed of Reddit members, so more power to them. Enjoy! Continue reading Survivor Zero – First Trailer Released – Amnesia meets REC meets Paranormal Activity→

City Interactive has released a new trailer for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2. According to the team, everything we see is in real-time. Well, even though the game looks good (seems that City Interactive has also used a sharpening filter), it doesn’t look THAT good to advertise it at the beginning of the trailer. Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is powered by CryEngine 3 and will be available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on Q1 2013. Enjoy!
