Rampage was 3DFX’s last endeavor to develop a graphics card to compete and outperform GeForce3. This card was first developed in 1997 but didn’t see release until 2001 for several reasons. Intel’s discrete graphics cards codenamed Xe, first GPUs coming in 2020
During the Architecture Day 2018, Intel revealed that its new discrete graphics cards will be codenamed Xe (or Xe if you prefer).
