StarForge – Physics Movement Demo Released

Two days ago, we informed you about StarForge. StarForge is a free-to-play game that is developed by the indie team CodeHatch and is inspired by Halo, Warcraft 3, and Minecraft. The game is powered by the Unity Engine and the team has just released the game’s first tech demo. This tech demo demonstrates a work-in-progress animation system that physically simulates the character’s body and it’s reactions to objects, impacts, falls and so on. Unreal Engine 4 public reveal later this year, Samaritan tech demo running in one Kepler Nvidia card

We’ve all been waiting for the reveal of the next iteration of the Unreal Engine, but it seems that we’ll have to wait a little bit more. Epic’s Mark Rein revealed in GDC 2012 – behind closed doors – that Unreal Engine 4’s tech demo will be hopefully revealed later this year to the public. In other words, we can only hope that someone has managed to capture it with a camera. Or perhaps someone inside Epic leaking it? Do it guys, we are with you. GDC 2012 – Warface: Classes Trailer

A couple of hours ago, we informed you about the sign-ups of Warface. Well, get ready everyone because Crytek has also revealed the GDC 2012 trailer of this free-to-play FPS title. Warface is Crytek’s first AAA freemium shooter, developed on CryENGINE 3 and this trailer will give you the chance to see the Rifleman, Sniper, Medic and Enginner of Warface in action for the first time. First GTA IV iCEnhancer 2.0.1/2.1 Screenshots

As we reported a couple of days ago, Hayssam Keilany is currently working on the next version of his iCEnhancer mod for GTA IV. Although the modder hasn’t decided yet on its name, he released the first screenshots that can be viewed below. Risen 2: Dark Waters will support Nvidia’s 3D Vision

Deep Silver today announced that the PC version of the pirate RPG Risen 2: Dark Waters will fully support the 3D Vision technology from Nvidia. Never before has a world of pirates and monsters, of sailors and gnomes, of good and evil,  been experienced on a PC screen to this extent – bring the pirate world of Risen 2 to all new depths – with an effect so real you can almost taste the rum. New Wargame: European Escalation Update; improved DX11 performance, better Crossfire support

Eugen Systems and Focus Home Interactive have released a new update for their real-time action strategy game, Wargame: European Escalation. This update comes with improved tree/grass rendering performance, improved DX11 performance, 60% FPS increase with Nvidia cards when using Autodetect settings, better CrossFire support and memory optimizations. As always, the update will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and you can view its complete changelog after the jump. Closed Beta Sign-Ups are now open for Crytek’s upcoming free-to-play FPS, Warface

Warface.com, the official web site for Crytek’s first free social FPS Service Warface, opens today for closed beta sign-ups and gives everyone interested the possibility to reserve their unique Warface ID. A new trailer – which shows the different classes – is also live on the site. The closed beta date isn’t set yet but will be announced during 2012. Mind-blowing Street Fighter x Tekken Live Action Short Film

Now this is awesome. Yeah, Kazuya is not as cool as I’d hoped to but this live action short film that is based on Capcom’s and Namco’s crossover between Street Fighter and Tekken is amazing. Thankfully, the dialogue is in Japanese which adds a nice touch and the fights are gorgeous. And Ken is as cool as always. And Jin makes a short appearance at the end. And there are special ‘signature’ moves from both sides. And now I seriously want a triple-A movie of Street Fighter x Tekken. Enjoy! World of Planes renamed to War Thunder: World of Planes; new screenshots released

There was a lot of confusion between Gaijin’s World of Planes and Wargaming.net’s World of Warplanes. Thankfully, Gaijin decided to rename their title and it’s now called War Thunder: World of Planes. A bit different from Wargaming.net’s title so let’s hope that there won’t be any confusion in the future. Not only that, but Gaijin revealed today the release tree of USSR aircraft to be included in their upcoming combat MMO.
