DirectX 12 Officially Unveiled, Will Work On All Microsoft Platforms, First Details Inside

During this year’s GDC, Microsoft has unveiled its latest DirectX API, DX12. DX12 will be a faster API than its predecessors, and will let developers create more complex scenes. This new API will work across all Microsoft platforms, and will be supported by excellent tools.

Epic Games has unveiled the first details for its Oculus Rift title that will be powered by Unreal Engine 4, Couch Knights. Couch Knights is described as a multiplayer game, in which you control half of a cheeky battle set in a metropolitan living room scene.

Wolfenstein: The New Order – New Trailer Released

Bethesda has released a new trailer for Wolfenstein: The New Order, featuing an early scene from the game. According to the publisher, in this video, BJ Blazkowicz has an unexpected run in with one of Wolfenstein’s most cunning villains, Frau Engel. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 – Revelations DLC Trailer

Konami has revealed a new trailer for the upcoming DLC for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. Entitled ‘Revelations,’ the new content will be released on March 25th for Xbox Live, PSN, and Steam for PC, and follows Alucard as exclusive new branches of the storyline are uncovered. Enjoy!

ArmA 3 – Third Free Single-Player Campaign DLC Now Available

Bohemia Interactive today released the third and final episode for the Arma 3’s campaign. The episode, titled ‘Win’, brings a conclusion to the story of infantry man Ben Kerry – a soldier who finds himself caught in the middle of a Mediterranean flashpoint.
