THQ Nordic has announced that The Raven – Legacy of a Master Thief is being remastered and will be released on March 13th. The game will go by the name of The Raven Remastered and the publisher has released a new trailer for it.

Microsoft details performance impact of Spectre and Meltdown fixes on a variety of PC configurations

Microsoft is currently deploying the Spectre and Meltdown fixes via its Windows Update app and has just detailed the performance impact users can expect from them. As we’ve reported, these security fixes are now available only for Intel’s systems as AMD’s configurations experience some booting issues after applying them.

Modder ‘JJ2197’ has released a new version of his permadeath mod for Fallout 4. The “You Only Live Once” mod is inspired by the YOLO run-throughs of Many a True Nerd, this mod brings to Bethesda’s RPG permadeath mechanics, meaning that the modder has removed healing, curing addictions, rad removal and limb healing from all items.

Closed beta phase for Sea of Thieves begins on January 29th

Microsoft and Rare have announced that the open beta phase for Sea of Thieves will begin on January 29th. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds – Latest beta patch reduces view distance while parachuting down, improves report tool

Bluehole has released a brand new beta patch for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. According to the release notes, this patch reduces the visible distance when parachuting down in order to test the optimization of server and client performance. Furthermore, it adds more objects around La Bendita on Miramar to increase the amount of cover.
