  1. Someone sent me this… Is this true?
    “——————————————
    !!!!!!!NVIDIA USERS ALERT!!!!!!

This is not a scam and is has been reported to Nvidia already. If this is happening to you computer atm report it ASAP. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DRIVERS TO THE RELEASE 3/7/2016 DATE. currently the drivers have a bug that prevent you from restarting your computer and keep it locked up. The only way is to go into safe mode and uninstall the driver. Do not update your drivers until its fixed. Nvidia gave it an ETA of 8-10 hours.”

      1. There is no source, that’s why I’m trying to get clarification on it. I’ve not personally heard it from anyone myself. Just this random guy warning everyone.

        1. Driver installed fine here. Some users report that they have issues due to multiple monitors. Others say that they do not have issues.

  2. I can confirm the issues. Win10 64bit here. Installing the drivers corrupted my win install, loading windows but as if the video card was fried ( full of artefacts ) and several error messages while loading.

I reverted to the previous version and will stay as far away as possible from this driver version.

    1. Thanks for the heads up. Was installing while reading your post. Never been in such a rush to close a program lol

  3. 1. Use DDU to uninstall driver
    2. Go into C/NVIDIA, and delete all FOLDERS, EXCEPT, Display.Driver, NVI2, Physx
