In its latest MKX livestream, NetherRealm Studios revealed that Mortal Kombat X will feature “Quitalities”. What this means is that whenever your opponent quits a game, his head will be blown up. Naturally, the winner of such a match will be you. It’s a nice little touch, though we’d love to see something that would actually panish quitters. You can view the first Quitality in the following video (head over at the 59:40 mark point).

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. You’d still hit it.
Yeap right in the face!
really looking forward to MKX… the only issue i have is paying £34.99 for an unfinished game and then £24.99 for the rest of it…
£53.99 for a digitally distributed game is absolutely scandalous… 54 quid for a digi distro? f**k you!.. they’ll no doubt rape us again with paid DLC aswell so it’ll probably cost even more £££ to get the full game that the customers deserve. i made that mistake with Payday 2… ive lost count of how much money that games cost me, and ive still not got all of the game content…. its a fkn joke.
Also, steam dont do refunds… if the game is unoptimized console peasant bulls**t (as most modern games are) we cant even sell the product (licence) we’ve paid for at a discount… all we can ever do (legally) is gift it to a friend and hope he pays you in cash… im not against steam… all my games are on it… i just think you should be able to sell something you’ve legally paid for…
MKKE ran sweet on my rig, but PC devs these days just wanna crank out crap and fix it later. they just release unfinished broken and content devoid games in the vague hope that people will pay for the content later… more often than not you have to pay to ‘fix’ the game! utterly ludicrous imo…
gaming is a way of life…and it sickens me to the core to see where its going…all hail Gaben…. long live the master race 🙂
