Ubisoft announced today that Assassin’s Creed Birth of a New World – The American Saga will be available for X360, PS3 and PC versions of the game on October 3rd.
Assassin’s Creed Birth of a New World – The American Saga is an exclusive compilation of the three Assassin’s Creed games that witnessed the birth of modern America, and includes:
· Assassin’s Creed III: Challenge the Templar’s supremacy as Connor throughout the American Revolution.
· Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD: Combat the Spanish forces in Louisiana as deadly Assassin Aveline de Grandpré.
· Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag: Explore the Caribbean seas and join the fight against the Templars as Edward Kenway, during the Golden Age of Piracy.
In other words, this compilation packs all three latest Assassin’s Creed games and will prepare gamers for the next part in the series that is currently planned for a November 11th release.

Instead of re-releasing this collection they should be working on getting them on systems that don’t yet have them such as Mac and Linux. Mac in particular hasn’t had an AC game since Brotherhood. Also, I’m sure they’d be appreciated on Linux especially with the upcoming Steamboxes.

If they make them super cheap, and maybe add some features or just improve them (while still making them cheaper ofc) it could be a good idea and worth it. If not, FU Ubisoft for milking it so hard. 🙂
