Playtonic Games has announced that Yooka-Replaylee will be released on October 9th. To celebrate this announcement, the devs have shared a new trailer that you can find below.
Yooka-Replaylee is the enhanced definitive version of Yooka-Laylee, which came out in 2017. This new version comes with all-new challenges, secrets, mechanics, and accessibility options.
The game will have a brand-new world map, and a challenges tracker that will help you know where you are and what needs to be done. Plus, the game will offer the option to equip multiple game-changing enhancements. Thus, you will be able to customise your playstyle.
It’s also worth noting that you’ll get a new tweaked move set that will allow you to combine moves more fluidly. There will also be new camera controls that will make framing the action a breeze. And if that wasn’t enough, the original score from composers Grant Kirkhope (Banjo-Kazooie) and David Wise (Donkey Kong Country) will return as a beautifully arranged orchestral score.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
