The Astronauts has shared the Summer Game Fest 2023 gameplay trailer for Witchfire. Witchfire is a roguelite first-person shooter, offering a challenging but satisfying gameplay experience, and with multiple roads to victory.
Armed with powerful spells and fearsome firearms conjured by the best Vatican sorcerers, your mission is to find the infamous witch of the Black Sea, destroy the phantom army that protects her, and retrieve a mysterious artifact that can finally turn the tide of war.
Similarly to The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Witchfire will use photogrammetry technology to achieve stunning visuals and a grim, immersive dark fantasy world.
Lastly, the game will enter its Early Access phase on September 20th.

Looking dope. But I want another game like Doom. In arena shooters like Doom the flow of combat can be smooth if the guns don’t need any reloading. Lets see how many devs actually understand this.
