Capcom has officially announced Dragon’s Dogma 2

Capcom has just announced the sequel to Dragon’s Dogma, Dragon’s Dogma 2. According to the Japanese company, Dragon’s Dogma 2 is currently in development, and there is no ETA on when it will come out. Unfortunately, the team did not share any screenshots or trailer, though it at least gave us a look at its logo. It’s not much but hey, at least it confirmed that Dragon’s Dogma 2 is happening. Thus, I went ahead and included below the entire 10th-anniversary video of Dragon’s Dogma. Enjoy!

    1. They don’t need to copy souls. The game already have it’s own way to make things difficult without copying souls.

      1. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand the concept of appealing to market trends when making a product you’re hoping to sell.

        1. There are games more popular than Dark Souls, maybe they should copy Minecraft? and make Dragon Dogma 2 a survival with cubes?

    1. Also, ditch the stamina system. Or at least make it unlimited out of battle if you’re not going to give us mounts and fast travel.

    2. In the DD: Dark Arisen PC release I didn’t notice them being annoying. I’m not sure if they added more lines, or just shut them the f*k up, but they were no where near as annoying as the original release.

  1. I think Japanes games studios are only remaining production houses which create non-pozzed games and DD is one of them.

    1. Sorry to break it to you but Crapcom are all about that pozz.

        1. Probably because of missing context in the “localization”. They think it’s all about equality when it actually means double standards and hipocrisy as the main point.

      1. The common denominator of foreign companies appealing to pozz is acess to western markets, mainly english speaking countries such as USA, Canada, England and Australia. I also still don’t get why your reply got caught in spam in that other post…

    2. Oh yeah a Japanese studio that create games with all white people in it and panders to the west. I guess it’s all good as long as it’s white folks they are pandering. You’re sick man. You do understand they’ve been doing this for 30 years. But as soon as a company make a game with a black character or anything else that don’t white it’s Pozzed or whatever other idiotic siding terminology you can find to with. Japanese studios make white characters and panders to western culture, but that’s cool. Anything else, uncool. LMAO ??? the hypocrisy man. I guess you forgot that they are japs protraying whites.

      1. t least when Japan panders to whites they make them visually pleasing. In the west when they want to add some dark meat to the mix….its an ugly black lezzer with activist b*tch face and a sammy side shave.

    3. Nah the most of the Japanese game studios have just become total puppets for western ‘interests’ with no real creative control at this point.

  2. I think Japanes games studios are only remaining production houses which create non-pozzed games and DD is one of them.

    1. I for one, couldn’t be happier in the Hype Train, Dragon’s Dogma 2 + Crimson Desert are the only games that truly go above and beyond the boundaries of the gameplay mechanics we enjoy.
