A couple of days ago, Jetpack and Santa Monica released the fifth patch for the PC version of God of War. And, here we are today with the teams releasing a brand new update for this game on PC.
According to the changelog, Update 1.0.6 improves the quality of FSR. As such, and when you enable it, you won’t be getting the disappointing blurry/blocky image quality that its launch version featured.
Moreover, this patch makes some adjustments to Mouse Precision Mode. For instance, Mouse Precision Mode will no longer cause movement animations to break. Additionally, MPM now supports Aim Assist.
As always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

I would think that most people would be done with this by now at least since they solved the memory crash issue, I guess it’s good they are actually doing something unlike other trash ports. I guess there was no money for testers using average hardware, this game would be terrible without DLSS on steam survey most used hardware. And this is a 2018 game sheesh. Always worked fine with a controller but to have the lazy mouse problems on a PC release is inexcusable. A pretty bland game besides the great art and animation, can’t imagine a replay to have to watch all those cutscenes again even with the gratis version. Side stuff was a hard no, not engaging enough world, empty, too linear for that to me.
Instead proper mouse implementation they are still going around with “Mouse Precision Mode”
This is so stupid.
What is that mysterious “Mouse Precision Mode” ?
They show true support and love to this game on PC.
Unlike Polish companies TECHLAND and CD Projekt Red
PS: John you should re-test Dying Light 2 the patch 1.05 broke the game its a stutter fest even on DX11 were used to be smooth
yeah … its not like they had 7 years to polish the game or something ….. genius
Are you f*in’ serious???
You named 2 software houses that have supported games like Dying Light 1 and The Witcher 3 for years and years ….. polishing and refining the defects more and more and adding free DLCs on a weekly basis !!!
Now just because they made mistakes in their last two games (DL2 and Cyberpunk), do you have only criticisms for them?
They are definitely the ONLY software houses in the industry that work on their games SERIOUSLY even after release!
You people only know how to complain …. I really like this site, but I terribly hate the users who frequent it and comment! you only know how to criticize and find faults in EVERYTHING !!! Pure frustration and nothing else …
dying light 2 its a stuttering mess nice support
Started with the upvote spamming and now it’s escalated.
Mouse Precision Mode now supports Aim Assist
