Judgement feature

MLB The Show 21 and Yakuza spin-off, Judgment, are not coming to the PC, at least for now

Sony and SEGA announced new platforms for MLB The Show 21 and the Yakuza spin-off, Judgment, respectively. Disappointingly, though, both of these games are not coming to the PC… at least for now.

Let’s start with MLB The Show 21. Sony announced this morning that this baseball game will come out on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Sony currently does not plan to bring this baseball game on the PC.

What’s even more surprising, though, is SEGA’s announcement about the Yakuza spin-off game, Judgment. According to the publisher, Judgment will release this April on PS5, Xbox Series and Stadia.

According to some reports, SEGA has signed a deal with Google for the Stadia release; a deal that prevents the publisher from releasing the game on PC. This is similar to what happened with Samurai Shodown. So, while Judgement will not release on the PC in April, we might see it on our platform once the Stadia deal ends.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. I don’t believe that Stadia paid for exclusivity. There’s just much more development time required so the user experience is fine on PC. What do all these consoles have in common – controllers – no need to worry about mouse/kb whatsoever. The Yakuzas that released on game pass recently have awful camera movement (and so do the rest in the franchise except for Dragon).

  2. I’m going to enjoy the inevitable shutdown and welcoming to the graveyard of Stadia just that much more since they’re doing sh*t like this.

  3. A lot of people is interested about MLB. But that is not the point. The most important thing is PC can have the most quantity of releases/PC ports than consoles.

  4. I’d rather have it as epic ghey store cause at least it’s a PC game there. Although if it has denuvo and no crack then I’d rather have Stadia cause shorter exclusive s**t.
