CD Projekt RED has announced that the first free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 will release in early 2021. Unfortunately, though, the team did not reveal any additional details about the content of this free DLC.
Last week, CD Projekt RED released the latest PC update that fixed the ridiculous 8MB save bug/issue. So far, the team has released three hotfixes/patches that address minor issues. The first big update will release in January 2021.
Cyberpunk 2077 has so far sold over 13 million copies worldwide. In addition, the game is still among the best-selling titles on Steam.
Now while Cyberpunk 2077 supports mods, we haven’t seen any major one. There is the Enhanced Controls Mod that aims to improve the game’s K&M controls. There is also another mod that aims to improve vehicle controls/handling. And then there is a trainer that lets you skip the grinding.

The loot is all over the place (same issue with W3), making the markets and crafting pointless (why even bother wasting money when the next enemy will give you better gear that you already have¿?), The Borderlands comparison goes beyond the just looter-shooter (STALKER did this, but in a smart way to the point that it doesnt feel like a looter, since the gear progression is way better done). You have a handful of weapon categories and ammo type, and the game pretends to add variety by giving you the SAME WEAPON but with a different skin (usually tied to a gang)…(the special weapons- power and smart ones- make the usual cover, when they remember to do so, of the enemies pointless) and the enemies bullet spoonges thats absolutely true, specially in harder difficulties (same issues as W3, the difficulty only increases the health points).
At least the psychos in Borderlands pretend to have some kind of selfintegrity and spatial awareness.
So stop pretending this game is masterpiece, i hope you are not doing this shilling towards mediocrity for free.

They do, a lot. For instance, if you hacked the virus away, from the memory Meredith gave you, you have the choice, of either joining the maelstrom, kill them at the room, which avoids a boss fight, and even ending up with another guy welcoming you at the end. Plus, multiple paths to get to the objective.

the main missions are very linear and scripted
the open world is the reason it runs so bad, it would be better if it had smaller areas like deus ex, no stupid ai spawning and cars falling in the ground.

I concur. The looter aspect is just lazy game development, besides all weapons are painfully mediocre almost carbon copies of each other in terms of design. The fire rate is abysmal. Really the game is mediocre in all aspects.
A couple days ago I’ve had a bunch of criticismsabout the game swarming in my head. But now I can not even make myself care about this game one way or the other which is the worst thing you can say about a product when it doesn’t leave a lasting impression one way or the other.

all you need to do is buy soda cans and deconstruct them, then sell the materials and you get more money. You can upgrade or craft weapons but just keep killing enemies and you get better weapons. If a weapon or clothing, because the game has no armor but clothes that give you armor, is higher level than your character, you cant equip it.
Now wtf is wrong with doing guns and armor the way new vegas does them? 9mm is found on level 2-3 enemies, single shotgun is found on level 5-6, cowboy repeater is found in 10, etc etc.
That is much better than picking every weapon model, throwing it into a mixer and have it spit out leveled versions.
Also armor, why not go leather armor, metal armor, combat armor, power armor, instead of having a level 15 skirt that has more resistance than a level 14 leather jacker?

You can see tons of videos of spongy enemies, the fact your argument is build a character to do max dps and you need to do the sidemissions to level up so you are fighting weaker enemies proves that. Missions are locked behind level requirements moron. How is this not like borderlands?

All you have to do to make money is buy soda cans and break then down to components, the components worth more than the base game. You seem to miss the point of customization, the point is to customize your character not wear a miniskirt because it has a higher defense than trousers you fool. The randomized weapons mean that weapons dont have an identity, you just swap them and if you like one constantly upgrade it. This is such a lazy design, every game know is a looter shooter with randomized weapons which brings me to my next point.

So the game barely has any choices 95% of them do nothing at this point ubisoft game are more of a rpg and the combat is generic and bulletspongy with randomized weapons and armor and a total grindfest. Everything in this game looks interesting and different unlike cheapo green jungle games, the world is huge and every part of it has different looks.
I loved Deus Ex and its like Deus Ex on steroids.

Game is like gtavpunk 2077 than cyberpunk, it doesnt have the style of say deus ex, looks like san andreas but in the future.
its a modern game with modern design mechanics, its not a immersive sim, its too linear and scripted and it has far cry style “take these guys down” areas. The combat is like borderlands randomized samey weapons and armor and bullet spongy enemies. Not that it matters since most of the campaign is endless boring dialogue and the game is more broken than fallout 76.

The story didn’t leave a lasting impression, and i didn’t feel invested. I didn’t like the male voice performance, it felt like I was listening to a guy from a mafia game. The city looks great but it’s a hollow shell. I’ll give it an 8

It’s not a 5.5 game, but maybe the girl reviewer from GameSpot that gave it 7 was right, i kinda had the same experience she did only I did every side mission, etc.
THE hate that reviewer got had no justification. Also the game ran great for me I can’t fault it for bad performance and aside from car popping up from the street there was no bugs that really bothered me.
I think not considering old gen consoles this game is a 7.5/10 but i like it more than let’s say deus ex mankind divided and I gave that one a 7.5 so I’m giving this an 8, also cause the graphics look awesome

If Witcher 3’s Free DLCs (which is fanboys’ go-to when it comes to painting CDPR as the “most gamer-friendly developer”) is anything to go by then it’ll be some trivial $hit that was supposed to be i nthe game from the start.
In Witcher’s case it was some short banal quest with a story that a teenager could write and stupid dresses for two characters and crappy armor for the protagonist.
