Starcaster Games has announced a new combat action game, called Gladiux. Set in the age of Gladiators, players can train to compete and survive unforgiving trials to earn your freedom.
According to the team, both gameplay and graphics are in early development. Therefore, what you’re about to see does not represent the quality of the final product.
Unfortunately, the team has not revealed any additional details about this action game.
Lastly, Gladiux targets a 2020 release and you can find below its debut trailer, as well as its first screenshots.

ok no thanks, i thought this was gonna be more historically accurate and realistic, nope. Once again the setting is just a skin.
I like the concept, it’s just that the execution looks to be lacking here
If it’s anything like Gladiator Begins I’ll be happy. I doubt it’ll wow many people though.
How does this look worse than that Crytek game from years ago? “Ryse”, I think? Why show screenshots, if you’re a new IP in early development?
I doubt it’s gonna be a cinematic game like Ryse. It’s being published by Acquire, a small Japanese company who publishes the Gladiator series. This is likely a sequel for that.
