Metal Gear Fan-made Remake Gets Konami’s Approval
Our reader ‘randir14’ has informed us about an upcoming fan-made remake of the original Metal Gear game. Developed as a mod for Alien Swarm – or at least that’s how the game is categorized on ModDB’s database – this remake will be developed by Outer Heaven. What’s interesting here is that the team has already contacted Konami about it, with the latter giving its blessing and approval for such a thing. World of Warplanes – Update 1.4 Detailed, E3 2014 Trailer Released
Wargaming today launched Update 1.4 and E3 trailer for its free-to-play action MMO World of Warplanes in Russia and Europe with players from North America getting the update on June 4. Warner Bros has released a new teaser trailer for Rocksteady’s upcoming Batman game, Batman: Arkham Knight, showing the Battle Mode of the Batmobile. The Batmobile is drivable for the first time in the franchise and its addition, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, will offer gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City. Endnight Games has recently released its open world game ‘The Forest’ via Steam’s Early Access program and our reader ‘LCBradley3k’ shared with us a video that describes this game is in about two minutes. In The Forest, you find yourself in a mysterious forest battling to stay alive against a society of cannibalistic mutants. To be honest, this can be described as a more mature Minecraft game. Fable Anniversary Is Coming To Steam
Lionhead Studios has released a teaser trailer for the PC version of Fable Anniversary. Although we don’t have any specific details about it, we do know that it will hit/support Valve’s distribution service, Steam. Fable Anniversary is basically a HD remake of the first game and comes with an entirely new lighting system, slick new interface, all-new textures, models, achievements and “The Lost Chapters” content. YouTube’s member ‘Freddy Dancer’ has shared a video, featuring 10 minutes of gameplay footage from the soon-to-go-live beta phase of Battlefield: Hardline.
