Capcom has released the E3 trailer of Lost Planet 3. It seems ironic but Lost Planet 3 seems more like a Dead Space game than a Lost Planet one. Instead of being full action-packed with explosions and the likes, this latest iteration of Capcom’s franchise embraces the survival/horror elements. The result is a bit awkward, as we’d expect completely different things from such a game.Let’s hope that these horror segments are not overused and that the final product will feature more action. Electronic Arts and DICE have released the launch trailer for Battlefield 3’s latest expansion pack, Battlefield 3: Close Quarters. In Battlefield 3: Close Quarters, players are dropped into a frantic, infantry-only theatre of war. Frostbite 2 high definition destruction makes the environment come alive as everything from furniture to plaster gets shot to pieces. Lucas Arts has unveiled the first in-game footage of Star Wars 1313 – via SpikeTV – and let us tell you that you won’t believe your eyes when you watch it. To put it simple; this footage proves that PC gaming is entering the realm of CG graphics. Just forget everything you’ve ever read and watch this E3 footage of Star Wars 1313. It looks spectacular.
