Rainbow Six Siege – New Trailer Focuses On Input Driven Cover, Lean and Navigation

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Rainbow Six Siege, in which Community Developer Chase Straight tells us more about the game’s input driven cover, lean, and navigation mechanics. Rainbow Six Siege will not feature a pre-determined covering system (like pretty much all the latest third-person shooters), and won’t force gamers into watching unskippable cut-scenes. In addition, the game will let players lean whenever they want to. Rainbow Six Siege is on the right track, so hopefully Ubisoft will deliver this time around. Enjoy!

  1. I wish they would make a proper R6 game with strategic planning and AI pathing and not “It’s not COD but it actually is COD” garbage

Street Fighter 5 just got leaked for PC FYI

      1. Original R6 back in the 90’s, m8. You had to strategically path out your assault since you could get one shotted by the AI.

Shame it just went into full action mode with Lockdown and Vegas.

  2. “you will never stuck in a contextual cinematic animation that you will lose control of events”

Max payne 3, cutscenes for climbing ladders, metro last light, cutscenes for entering a vent, becuase half life 2 is too dated apparently and not immersive enough, far cry 3, QTEs for bossfights and cutscenes for pushing mine carts.

    PFFFFFTTTTT

Pc better have q/e lean system and from what i heard its a 60 fps game.

I hope this has a singleplayer campaign, why? Try playing fc3 or blacklist multiplayer on pc.

    Its trash.

Far Cry 3 MP was unplayably broken, is that what you mean or are you referring to player count? If you are then FC3 is a bad example because it had plenty of players in the beginning, they all just left in horror after a few days or when it became apparent that Ubisoft had no interest in fixing any of the bugs.

I hope it doesn’t have singleplayer. Unless you mean playing the MP maps against bots, offline. That would be cool. Imagine playing in LAN with fewer people than required to fill a lobby, bots would be very useful.
