I’m not usually all SJW and what not but Jesus Christ, can we have some male protagonists please? I swear 90% of these games are action oriented with female leads…WE GET IT…GIRLS CAN BE GAMERS TOO!!! My God, can we stop all this pandering already.
Every studio faces the same dilemma: Do THEY want to be the ones to NOT be “progressive”? That’s why the majority of studios are doing visibly woke games now. All it takes is a few central members on the studio with a woke streak and a woke game is guaranteed. It would be unthinkably for those types to make anything else. It’s the nature of activism. It’s about showing off. How will people know you’re a rainbowhair if you don’t post pics on twitter? How will they know you support woke ideology in games if the game you’re currently working on isn’t chock full of it?

For F**K sake, I think i’m gonna start making my own game with an alpha male protagonist, lots of blood and gore, unfiltered dialogues/taunts, and hot female NPC’s that you can flirt with and are side characters for entertainment that normal/straight males can appreciate!
