Pet Project Games has released the first pre-alpha gameplay trailer for its upcoming co-op horror FPS, Ripout. Since this trailer feature pre-alpha gameplay footage, it does not represent the quality of the final product. Still, it will give you an idea of what this FPS is all about.
Ripout is a co-op sci-fi horror FPS with customisable biotech weapon combat, that features the Living Pet Weapon (LPW) that absorbs advanced tech from downed mutants including shield, plasma and teleportation biotech upgrades. The game will be using Unreal Engine, and will release in 2022.
Goran Rajsic, lead game designer at Pet Project Games, said:
“We’re extremely excited to be able to fully unveil Ripout to players. The game takes aesthetic and gameplay influences from a load of genres and melds them together into something unique. We wanted to offer up a fresh twist on the action horror genre and we think the elements of procedural generation, co-op multiplayer and the awesome biotech weapons deliver an innovative experience that sets Ripout apart from the crowd. We hope everyone is excited for 2022, when we unleash our game to the world!”
Enjoy!

i dontk now whats worse how generic this is or the noise filter.
Hopefully you can choose to remove that scanline effect that makes you feel like you’re looking through a VHS recording on a CRT screen.
Just a trailer effect.
for a solo play it would be great but coop and horror type , extreme hard pass
Coop and horror will never make any sense.
yeap, we saw with dead space 3 , it ruined it.
No SP no buy, co-op, online is for dumb low iq teenagers and pauper xbotx
actually grabs my attention. Will see more of this.
Looks pretty kool to me, will keep an eye on this one
It’s the slow indoor combat from Rage (all the guns are clearly imitating Rage) with a CRT filter. why not, I guess. not for me.
A solid SP campaign of this game would be awesome!
