Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [August 15th – August 21st]

Okay, we know that retail and digital sales are two entirely different things and to be frank, we felt the need to include both of them in our weekly report. Top 10 UK PC Charts: The Sims series dominate yet again; Starcraft 2 re-enters

Another week, another win for The Sims series. Although a lot of gamers prefer digital distribution, there are also those that simply can’t get enough of the games’ boxes and box arts. So here is previous week’s Top10 PC Chart and as we can see, nothing has really changed. The Sims series still dominate the UK Charts and we are glad that SC2 has re-entered the Top10. Top 10 UK PC Charts – Another great week for The Sims franchise

PC gamers, here is the Top 10 UK PC Chart of last week. There is really nothing extraordinary, apart from the return of both Fable III and Civilization V. Both Starcraft 2 and Shogun 2 on the other hand lost some places and didn’t make it in this week’s Top10. The first five games are the same as last week’s and seems that nothing will be able to top The Sims series. Well, at least when it comes to retail sales. Enjoy the chart after the jump. Top 10 UK PC Charts – Nothing can top The Sims 3, Witcher 2 and Portal 2 re-enter

Another week PC gamers, another Top10 UK Charts and as you may have already guessed, The Sims 3 is still at the top of the UK PC charts. The Witcher 2 and Portal 2 re-enter the charts, while Civilization V and Fable 3 lost some places and didn’t manage to make it to the Top 10. Apart from these changes, the charts are almost the same as last week’s. As always, these charts don’t represent the overall PC sales and you can view them after the jump. Top 10 UK PC Charts – The Sims Dominate, Civilization V and Starcraft 2 re-enter the chart

So PC gamers, another week, another Top 10 UK PC Charts. As with previous week’s chart, we can clearly notice that the ‘The Sims’ titles dominate it. Damn, this franchise is definitely the golden cow for EA. Apart from that, there are little to no changes. Black Ops and Portal 2 lost some places, while Civilization V and Starcraft 2 managed to re-enter the chart. UK PC Charts: The Sims 3 Generations and Football Manager 2011 switch places – Black Ops re-enters

It seems that we’ll be seeing both Football Manager 2011 and The Sims 3: Generations dominating the UK PC Charts for a long, long time. EA’s social game has managed to reclaim its throne this week and WoW: Cataclysm gained five places, while Portal 2 lost them. Fable 3 keeps climbing as it’s now on the seventh place. UK PC Charts: Football Manager 2011 tops The Sims 3: Generations – Fable III is back in action

This week’s UK PC charts sees Football Manager 2011 at the first place and topping the critically acclaimed game from EA, The Sims 3: Generations. From the third to the sixth place there is no change at all. The Sims 3: Late Night gained three places and is now placed in the seventh place and although Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Fable III are back in action, F.E.A.R. 3 is nowhere to be found. UK PC Charts: The Sims 3: Generations and Football Manager 2011 still at the top

Another week, another UK PC Charts. As with previous week, The Sims 3: Generations and Football Manager 2011 are still at the top of the charts. The Sims 3 and Portal 2 managed to gain one and two places respectively, while SEGA’s Shogun 2: Total War is still at the fifth place. F.E.A.R. 3 lost four places, while both The Witcher 2 and World Of Warcraft: Cataclysm moved down one place. UK PC Charts: The Sims 3: Generations retains its throne – F.E.A.R. 3 coming on strong

Another week, another UK PC Charts. EA’s social game has managed to retain its first place and as we have guessed, Duke Nukem Forever is nowhere to be found. The Witcher 2 has managed to gain a place, while Crysis 2 fall some places and didn’t make it to the Top10. Starcraft 2 on the other hand makes a return and Warner Bros’ FPS game, F.E.A.R. 3, has managed to hit the third place in its first week of release. UK PC Charts: The Sims 3 take its throne back

It was to be expected. Duke Nukem Forever has been dethroned by the acclaimed and most successful PC social-game series, the Sims 3. We should note that this UK chart is based only on retail sales. As we can see, Duke Nukem Forever fall to the fourth place and lost its throne from The Sims 3: Generations. You can view the entire UK PC Top 10 list after the jump.
