The composer of Duke Nukem 3D is suing Gearbox & Valve

Bobby Prince is the composer of several well known games such as: Duke Nukem 2, Doom, Doom II: Hell on Earth, Duke Nukem 3D and many more. Prince is suing Gearbox, Valve and of course Randy Pitchford. The lawsuit has been filed due to use of his music without permission, in the Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour. First Borderlands 3 update released, improves stability, fixes numerous bugs, full patch notes

Gearbox has released the first major update for Borderlands 3. According to the release notes, this patch addresses a potential progression blocker in the mission “Footsteps of Giants”. Moreover, it resolves a reported concern that certain players experienced where their vehicle’s boost could continue into the next map. The first trainer for Borderlands 3 has just been released. This trainer enables infinite health, ammo and XP. Moreover, it allows players to set their Golden Key and Guardian Tokens to 9999. It also disables weapon recoil, and allows you to edit the damage, XP and money multiplier. Borderlands 3 had a successful PC launch; concurrent players twice as high as Borderlands 2’s all-time peak

Gearbox’s CEO, Randy Pitchford, has stated that the PC launch of Borderlands 3 was a success (from a business perspective, obviously).
