FIFA 13 – Pre-orders Surpass 875,000 Units, Demo Downloaded By Two Million Players

Electronic Arts announced today that anticipation for EA SPORTS FIFA 13 has reached record levels—1.99 million people in 73 countries around the world downloaded and played FIFA 13 in the three days after the demo launched earlier this week for the PS3, X360 and PC. This is a 29 percent increase compared to the first three days after the FIFA 12 demo last year. Two weeks from launch, fans around the world have pre-ordered over 875,000 copies of FIFA 13—up 37 percent year over year in Europe and a 62 percent increase year over year in North America. Fifa 13 PC Demo Is Now Available Via Origin

Here is some good and some bad news for all PC soccer fans. The good news is that Fifa 13’s PC demo has just been released. The bad news is that it can be downloaded via EA’s distribution service, Origin. And although we don’t mind that, we know that many of you don’t like this particular service. Therefore, if you might not even get to play this demo if you’re boycotting it. Still, you can view some matches from this demo below. Fifa 13 is currently planned for a September 28th release. Fifa 13 PC Demo Coming Tomorrow

EA Sports has revealed that the PC demo of Fifa 13 will be released tomorrow, September 11th. The demo will go live at 9am UK on PC, between 10am-2pm UK on Xbox, and between 10pm-2am UK on the PS3. Fifa 13’s demo will feature five teams – AC Milan, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus and Manchester City. No words yet about the difficulty levels and whether players will be able to choose the game’s length. Fifa 13 is currently planned for a September 28th release. FIFA 13 – Gamescom 2012 Trailer – First PC Screenshots & Details

EA Sports has released the Gamescom 2012 trailer for its upcoming soccer game, Fifa 13. Fifa 13 promises to feature the most sophisticated artificial intelligence ever achieved for the FIFA franchise. In addition, the game will be packed with the second generation of the Player Impact Engine that expands physical play from just collisions to off-the-ball battles between players. EA Sports Announces ‘FIFA Online 3’ For Korean Market

EA sent us a press release in which they announce Fifa Online 3 for the Korean market. The PC online soccer game based on the world’s best selling sports videogame franchise promises to bring the high quality gameplay synonymous with the EA SPORTS FIFA franchise to Korean gamers and soccer fans. Fifa 13 Release Date and Prices Leaked, Out on September 28th

It seems that a distributor (obviously we can’t name it) has leaked the release date of Fifa 13. According to a release schedule we got today, Fifa 13 is scheduled for a September 28th release on PC, X360, PS3, PSP, PS Vita, 3DS and Wii. As always, you can find a screen grab from this release schedule below. The PC version will be priced at 44.99 euros, whereas the current generation console version will be priced at 59.99 euros. The PS2 and PSP versions will be priced at 29.99 euros, while the Wii and PS Vita versions will be priced at 39.99 and 49.99 euros, respectively. Fifa 13 comes out on September 28th; pre-orders incentives announced

Electronic Arts announced today that EA SPORTS is offering an exclusive FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition that will supply fans with 24 FIFA Ultimate Team gold packs to kick-start their season, and its most extensive global pre-order incentive in the history of the FIFA franchise. FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition will be available to purchase one day only—September 28, 2012—the first day FIFA 13 is available in retail stores throughout Europe. New Fifa 13 Screenshots

EA Sports has released some new screenshots for the upcoming 2013 version of Fifa. According to the company, Fifa 13 will be centered around 5 major improvements: First Touch Control, Player Impact, Complete Dribble, Tactical Free-Kicks and Attacking AI. In addition, EA Sports will offer two new passing options, as well as complete authenticity with over 500 officially licensed clubs and more than 15,000 players. Enjoy the screenshots!
