Diablo III Patch 1.0.4 – v.1.04.11327 Changelog

Blizzard has revealed the changelog for Diablo III’s latest update that will go live tomorrow. Naturally, players won’t be prompted to download patch 1.0.4 until the patch is live in their home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed. Additionally, if your home region is the Americas, you will be unable to log into Europe or Asia using Global Play after patch 1.0.4 is live until those regions have also patched. Blizzard’s Rob Pardo and Markus ‘Notch’ Persson agree with Gabe Newell’s comments about Windows 8

The war against Microsoft’s latest OS is going strong. A couple of days ago, Gabe Newell revealed that Windows 8 would be a catastrophe for game makers. Gabe believes that they (Valve) will lose some of the top-tier PC/OEMs, who will exit the market, and that margins will be destroyed for a bunch of people. And that’s precisely why Valve is currently investing in Linux. But Newell is not the only one believing that Windows 8 will damage game developers. Diablo III Hits 10 Million Registered Players – WoW Drops To 9.1 Million Subscribers

Activision has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2012. According to the reports, Diablo III has managed to sell 8.8 million copies for the six months of its release and more than 10 million players have entered the world of Sanctuary. On the other hand, World of Warcraft’s subscribers number has dropped from 10.2 million to 9.1 million. An impressive number, nonetheless, but this drop is definitely something that worries both Blizzard and Activision. Perhaps the upcoming release of Mists of Pandaria will boost the game’s numbers. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Gets Its Biggest Patch Ever

Before starting, let us tell you that StarCraft II’s Patch 1.5 changelog is huge. And when we say huge, we mean HUGE. Diablo III – Immortal Wizard Exploit Hotfix Released

Blizzard has rolled out a hotfix for the Immortal Wizard Exploit that was unveiled yesterday. After all, it was to be expected that the company would act quickly on this matter. According to Blizzard’s Xodiah, the company will continue to carefully monitor this issue and welcome anyone with information about bugs or hacks to submit a detailed report to its Hacks Team. Diablo III Exploit Found – Immortal Wizards Spotted

So you thought that Diablo III’s Inferno difficulty is hard? Well, time to show these demos who the boss really is. Diablo III players have discovered an exploit that makes the Wizard characters immortals. All players will have to do is Select Teleport – Fracture (rune), Select Archon – Arcane Destruction (rune), Hover their mouse over their character and Press Teleport and quickly after press Archon. EBGames suggests that WoW: Mists of Pandaria will be released on November 13th

Now here is something interesting. It seems that EBGames has leaked the release date of the latest expansion for World of Warcraft, Mists of Pandaria. According to the online shop retailer, Mists of Pandaria will be released on November 13th and is currently priced at $49.99 USD. Moreover, this doesn’t seem like a placeholder as there isn’t any TBC icon near this release date (something that is evident in the Australian store of EBGames). Furthermore, Bol.com has a similar release date, suggesting that Mists of Pandaria is coming this November.
