Australian Competition and Consumer Commission instructs local outlets to issue Fallout 76 refunds

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) issued a statement specifically addressing an agreement with the local media outlet, EB Games. The statement decrees that buyers who have been denied a refund for Fallout 76 from the local software retailer are now legally entitled to receive their money back. Starfield is not finished, USK rating is just a glitch according to Bethesda’s Pete Hines

A rumour surfaced earlier today, suggesting that Starfield is complete. This rumour was based on the USK rating the game received a while ago.
