Nixxes has released the September 25th Update for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart which improves Ray Tracing, Rift transitions and the quality of AMD FSR 2.2.
Going into more details, Patch v1.922.0.0 improves Rift transitions during the Awesome Bugtrax Done Quick Speetle Course Challenge. It also eliminates artifacts in ray-traced reflections on some smooth surfaces, like the floor in Zurkie’s Gastropub. Not only that but it resolves flickering ray-traced shadows on enemies and objects, including Grunthors, Goon Dropships, Seekerpedes and Sand Sharks.
As always, Steam will download this latest patch for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

£36.99 on CDkeys, will wait for it to drop to £25 and get the fully patched version. As usual launch state and price owners shat in the mouth.
Still can’t believe someone at Sony actually thought releasing this game on PC instead of Ghost of Tsushima was a good idea …. It went over in the PC gaming community like a turd in a punchbowl. Sure it’s rated well but the sales were horrible and hardly anyone is playing the game, currently just 364 people
Almost 10 times as many people are playing AC Odyssey than playing this game and that’s only people who bought Odyssey on Steam and not those who got it from Ubisoft or Epic
This is bound to happen since no previous entries in the series were released on the PC, most PC gamers would not be interested for sure. Its the same situation like they released Uncharted 4 on PC but never released the previous entries. Sony can still earn a lot of money if they release all Uncharted games collection on PC and its natural more people will be than interested in Uncharted 4 also.
I’d buy it again on PC if it actually ran well and it was cheaper. Its not worth paying full price for a short game, I waited until it wad half price before I bought it on ps5. It would have to be less than half price for me to buy it again for PC and run perfectly lol. Ghost of tsushima I’d consider paying $50 if it runs perfectly and has a noticeable visual upgrade over the console version…plus I never played the dlc so that would make it worth to me with a noticeable visual upgrade. Same with horizon forbidden West. A good port with the dlc that I haven’t played and a noticeable improvement in graphics and I’d consider $50. Games really need to come out quicker though if they want to charge full price. No longer than 6 months after release otherwise the excitement dies down for me
This was a cash grab at full price, if you go by 1/hr rate this is about 3/hr for a 60 price point totally unacceptable. Like I’ve said on V1 I had no problems and it looked amazing and was pretty fluid most of the time but with minimal side stuff it’s only like 20hrs so should be 20-25 price point new. Electronic content that is not based on entering a building like theaters should never cost close to 3/hr. And this was low hanging fruit to port over since it’s such a comparatively short small game, bigger games with more complexity would involve more investment and likely ask the same price, it’s a cost estimate by the bean counters. I got this at a cut rate, ahem..
Glad i always purchase games 2 years post launch xD
