Death Stranding 2 feature-5

Death Stranding 2 Title Update 1.4 Released – Full Patch Notes

Kojima Productions and Nixxes have released Title Update 1.4 for Death Stranding 2 and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.

Patch 1.4 fixes various rare crashes and implements additional stability improvements. As such, the game should be more stable on your PC. Personally, I’ve played over 30 hours and haven’t encountered a single crash. Still, this is good news for those who had crashes.

Update 1.4 also expands the range of sharpness control for upscaling options. Moreover, it improves image quality for various textures when Texture Quality is set to Medium or lower. Therefore, the game should look sharper and more detailed on GPUs with 8GB of VRAM.

AMD FSR and Intel XeSS Frame Generation will now correctly include vignetting when interpolating frames. Furthermore, the patch fixes a bug affecting the appearance of flowing water that occurred when building a Hot Spring with Frame Generation enabled. It also fixes various minor graphics-related bugs.

Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its full patch notes.
