Battlefield 2042 Update #2 available for download, full patch notes

As promised, DICE released the second post-launch update for Battlefield 2042. Do note that this isn’t the December Update we reported on yesterday. That Update, called Update #3, will release in early December.

Going into more details, Update #2 reduces bullet spread on all weapons except Shotguns. According to the devs, this should result in better accuracy during gameplay. Moreover, this patch increases PP-29 vertical recoil to ensure that the weapon does not overperform when engaging outside of its intended combat range. Not only that, but this update comes with some weapon balance tweaks.

Furthermore, the November 25th Patch resolves instances where players were stuck in a downed state and unable to respawn. It also makes general improvements to stability to prevent rare occurrences of game crashing.

as much as a disaster as fallout 76, mas effect andromeda, anthem and cybemess 2077…and just as diverse and progressive.

This game really needed another year in the oven, I really wanna believe that DICE felt the same way but EA forced their hand, but who knows, expect LOTS of patches.
