AMD has released the 12.2 pre-certified Catalyst driver for their GPUs. This new version of Catalyst comes with DX11 fixes for both Batman: Arkham City and Dirt III. Moreover, Catalyst 12.2 features improvements in fixes for a lot of CrossFire titles. What’s really interesting too is that Catalyst 12.2 comes with Super Sampling Anti-Aliasing support for DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 applications. Nvidia users can still force SSAA in DX9 titles and we hope that AMD will also give us this option in a future version of the Catalyst drivers. Goldeneye 64 was the best James Bond game and one of the best console FPS ever. Naturally, it had its issues and YouTube’s member ‘Warialasky’ decided to create a real-life short film, based on Nintendo 64’s classic game. Shad’O promises to be an original Tower defense game with an exciting story in which players will have to help William, a nine years old boy lost in his own mind, to save his memory. However players can already listen to first parts of the atmospheric soundtrack on the official homepage. Remember ORION: Prelude aka ORION: FireArms? A 5-player open world co-op survival shooter with dinosaurs and jetpacks that was being developed by Spiral Game Studios? Well, the team decided to change its name and release an announcement teaser trailer for it. According to the team, ORION: Dino Beatdown is the result of a global effort and an incredible collaboration of an all-star assortment of developers that helped bring you games like BioShock, Ghost Recon, Unreal Tournament, Forza Motorsport, Jade Empire, Halo, Borderlands and Mortal Kombat.
