World of Tanks – Update 7.3 Deployed

Alongside the news for World of Warplanes, Wargaming.net announced today that update 7.3 is now available for its highly acclaimed armored warfare MMO World of Tanks. Update 7.3 brings substitutions and additions to the line of Soviet heavy tanks, splitting the line into two branches. Leading the way through the redesigned tech tree, the update moves the IS-4 tank into tier 10 of its own heavyweight line with KV-4 and ST-I. Action ‘hack n slash’ RPG, Dark Blood, gets its first gameplay reveal video

Outspark released today the first gameplay reveal of Dark Blood for North America and Europe as part of its exciting Dark Blood Combat Training series showcasing the game’s classes, subclasses, bosses and dungeons. Dark Blood is basically a ‘2D-perspective’ Diablo clone and looks quite interesting. Each weekday through launch, the Dark Blood Facebook community will be treated to action-packed skill videos culminating in kill-or-be-killed PvP and Tag Matches that are sure to blow fans away. League of Legends – Champion Spotlight – Varus, the Arrow of Retribution

Riot Games have released a new Champion Spotlight for League of Legends that features Varus, the Arrow of Retribution. For his incomparable skill with the bow and his unquestioned sense of honor, Varus was chosen to be the warden of a sacred Ionian temple. When Noxus’ troopers invaded Ionia, he decided to abandon his castle duties and defend the village as its few inhabitants could offer little resistance against the oncoming war machine. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [April 29th – May 5th]

The latest UK PC Retail and Steam Digital charts have been unveiled and as we can see, Football Manager 2012 and Batman: Arkham City dominate them. There is a slight change this week in the UK retail land, as the newly released Sniper Elite V2 and TERA have entered it, and are placed at the second and third place respectively. Primal Carnage – Alpha Gameplay #4

Lukewarm Media has released the fourth and final installment of their alpha gameplay series and this video marks the end of the alpha phase for Primal Carnage. The team is currently transitioning into the beta phase and will be opening beta signups soon. Primal Carnage is an online multiplayer game of dinosaur vs. human. The game is developed by Lukewarm Media and according to them, the cast of characters continues to expand, the graphics improve, the environment comes alive, and more elements of the gameplay begin to emerge. Botanicula is now available on Steam and comes with a 10% discount

Great news for indie fans as Botanicula, a point’n’click exploration game, is now available on Steam. Botanicula was created by Jaromír Plachý and Amanita Design and it’s about a bunch of five friends – little tree creatures who set out for a journey to save the last seed from their home tree which is infested by evil parasites. Path of Exile – Public Stress Test Weekend #2 Announced

Good news keep on coming for fans of action ‘hack n slash’ RPGs. Earlier today we informed you about the success of Grim Dawn’s Kickstarter Campaign and we are happy to report now that the second Public Stress Test Weekend for Path of Exile will be initiated on May 11th. Grinding Gear Games will make the servers public at 5pm on Friday (May 11), Pacific Daylight Time and will end at 11:59pm on Sunday (April May 13), Pacific Daylight Time. Assetto Corsa – First gameplay footage emerged

Assetto Corsa is one of our most anticipated sim racing games and YouTube’s member ‘anacondasolitaria’ has uploaded the first in-game footage from it. Unfortunately, the following videos are from a mobile phone, therefore we can’t judge the game’s graphics. We can notice though the amazing physics engine that powers Assetto Corsa and what’s more interesting is that Slightly Mad Studios, the development team behind Project CARS, was also impressed by it.
