And Stainless Games is the next developer to jump on the Kickstarter bandwagon. Stainless Games started a Kickstarter campaign for Carmageddon: Reincarnation. Carmageddon: Reincarnation will be a re-boot of everything that made the original games such a blast to play. The new game will be inspired by the classic environments, cars, drivers and power-ups from the original, but dragged screaming and kicking into the current state of the rendered art. And of course, there will be a bunch of brand new stuff too, including true rag-doll pedestrians and physics-based power-ups. This special package includes the four best Men of War games as well as all their available add-ons. You know what? I really love Remedy. Okay okay, they pointed their gun on that fan-made movie (and I still believe that they shouldn’t) but they’ve done everything in their power to please PC gamers. Alan Wake PC was an incredible port, there was a significant post-launch support, Alan Wake: American Nightmare appeared on Steam’s registry meaning that the team is willing to bring this new Alan Wake game to the PC sooner than later and they made a great deal with GoG. Alongside the news for World of Warplanes, Wargaming.net announced today that update 7.3 is now available for its highly acclaimed armored warfare MMO World of Tanks. Update 7.3 brings substitutions and additions to the line of Soviet heavy tanks, splitting the line into two branches. Leading the way through the redesigned tech tree, the update moves the IS-4 tank into tier 10 of its own heavyweight line with KV-4 and ST-I. Riot Games have released a new Champion Spotlight for League of Legends that features Varus, the Arrow of Retribution. For his incomparable skill with the bow and his unquestioned sense of honor, Varus was chosen to be the warden of a sacred Ionian temple. When Noxus’ troopers invaded Ionia, he decided to abandon his castle duties and defend the village as its few inhabitants could offer little resistance against the oncoming war machine. The latest UK PC Retail and Steam Digital charts have been unveiled and as we can see, Football Manager 2012 and Batman: Arkham City dominate them. There is a slight change this week in the UK retail land, as the newly released Sniper Elite V2 and TERA have entered it, and are placed at the second and third place respectively. Lukewarm Media has released the fourth and final installment of their alpha gameplay series and this video marks the end of the alpha phase for Primal Carnage. The team is currently transitioning into the beta phase and will be opening beta signups soon. Primal Carnage is an online multiplayer game of dinosaur vs. human. The game is developed by Lukewarm Media and according to them, the cast of characters continues to expand, the graphics improve, the environment comes alive, and more elements of the gameplay begin to emerge.
