New IP “The Phantom Pain” Announced At VGA Awards 2012

A new IP has been announced on today’s VGA awards. At first glance, this looks like a MGS title as the main character looks exactly like Big Boss. I mean, come on. Look at him; same hair type, same beard, and let’s not forget that Big Boss was a clone so he should be facing amnesia issues. But this title is developed by Moby Dick Studio, therefore this can’t be a MGS title. Unless of course Konami is co-operating with Moby Dick for a new MGS title. NeoGAF users on the other hand have made a lot of investigation, so be sure to check what they have to say. All points hint that The Phantom Pain and MGS: Ground Zeroes are the same thing. But anyway, this all is speculation and below you can find the game’s debut trailer. Continue reading New IP “The Phantom Pain” Announced At VGA Awards 2012
