Martin Escageda, a Multimedia Producer and Cosplayer from Mexico, has informed us about the second live action short film based on the upcoming fighting game, Yatagarasu: Attack on Cataclysm. Contrary to the first short film, this one simulates completely two rounds of a fight and feels similar to most fan-made films that were released for Mortal Kombat. The fighting itself is not up to what we were hoping, neither is the acting. And in case you’re wondering, no; this short film cannot come close to the ones for Street Fighter or Street Fighter x Tekken (though the budget and the crew for those shorts were way higher than those for Martin’s Yatagarasu film). Still, it’s kind of cool so make sure to at least give it a go!
John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved - and still does - the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the "The Evolution of PC graphics cards."
