It appears that a new Star Wars game was to be revealed today during EA Play 2020. According to the official Xbox Store page, Star Wars Squadrons is the next Star Wars game. Moreover, you can also find below its first artwork/screenshot.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any additional details about this Star Wars game. We do know that there was Star Wars Project Maverick. Whether Star Wars Squadrons is that project or not remains to be seen.
My guess is that EA will officially reveal this Star Wars game during its EA Play 2020 event. EA Play 2020 will air on June 18th and the publisher will most likely unveil numerous games.
