Turn 10, the developers behind Forza, have announced that all of their future games will be shipping on Windows 10 and Xbox. Yeap, this means that all future Forza games will be coming to the PC, something that will be obviously please a lot of PC racing fans.
As Turn 10 announced in the following video:
“Moving forward, all of our games are going to be shipping on Windows 10 (PC) and Xbox”
Turn 10 is currently working on Forza Motorsport 6: Apex for the PC.
Forza Motorsport 6: Apex will be a free game that will feature all new race modes designed to showcase the thrill of Forza Motorsport 6 in breathtaking graphics at up to 4K resolution.
Forza Motorsport 6: Apex is coming to Windows 10 this Spring.

If MS can fix the current issues with Multi GPU, vsync/gsync etc, then there really is no reason to avoid it. We already buy games from Valve, origin, GoG and Uplay.
Yeah, sometimes I remind of old times when you could buy one game, install it on two PC and play via LAN. Now it’s impossible.
Good thing scratching discs aren’t nightmare fuel anymore because you don’t even need to insert them in order to play.
As for half-baked gaming platforms – I played GTA and Gears of War which were using GFWL and I had no problems. It even felt better than Steam because you could change profiles easily. Okay, importing saves was a huge pain in the a$$, but it isn’t a thing one does often.
We all objectively love having hundreds of clients to have to use, fuck those guys to hell that only want to use a few clients and stores though, scummy f’s.

MS have promised to update their APIs to allow modding and 3rd party apps is allowed. I’m not sure what you mean by not being able to use 3rd party apps. If your referring to the UWP, MS have stated other company can create Universal apps and side load easily.
Also the ‘We’ does apply. Clearly I’m not the only one who uses it. ‘You’ don’t use it. That’s fine and your choice. But I like the freedom of having multiple stores. For one it promotes competition and will push the digital store front technology forward.

Try using Fraps/nvidia shadow play or anyother apps like them. even your GPU’s control panel.
That’s awesome, Forza all its different flavors is my fav driving game. They will definitely need to have multi gpu support going for this, the fidelity of these games can be awesome, close to uncanny valley territory at 4k no doubt
to me forza is the best racing series in gaming so havingforza and forza forza horizon on pc mite be cool and the only xbox games id buy.

With power of UWP we can do this, we can do that and we are able to do this as well. UWP will do this and in the future UWP will be this. if you have hearing problems, then we have a forced on subtitle that allows you to see UWP as much as possible. UWP.
I am SUPER stoked about this! I LOVE Forza and can’t wait to play all of Turn 10’s future projects on my PC in 4K!!! I don’t share the view that Microsoft has come to my house and raped my wife, shot my dog and dropped a deuce on my pillow. So ya… CAN’T WAIT!!!
