Re-Logic and Iron Gate have announced that Terraria and Valheim have sold 35 million and 6 million units, respectively. Terraria’s previous milestone was 30 million sales in April 2020. On the other hand, Valheim surpassed 5 million units last month.
Going into more details, the majority of Terraria’s sales are from the PC. According to Re-Logic, the game sold 17.2 million on PC. Additionally, Terraria sold 8.5 million units on consoles and 9.3 million on mobile devices.
It’s also worth noting that Terraria passed Portal 2 for the top spot on Steam250’s highest-rated games on Steam.
On the other hand, Valheim is a brutal exploration and survival game for 1-10 players that came in January 2021. The game features a huge procedurally-generated world. In Valheim, players can battle, build, and conquer their way to a saga worthy of Odin’s patronage. Furthermore, it has a flexible house and base building system and dedicated servers.

you should replay it then since they did a add a lot more content and fixed vast majority of issues.

its overhyped, played till last boss, it has a lot of potential and charm but repetitive dungeons that you have to farm, extremely slow mining and way to big world for our travel capabilities make it not so fun experience in long run. But if they add variety and some qol improvements it may be one of the best survival games if not the best.
Terraria is truly a “lightning in a bottle” kind of game, a ton of replayabiliy and content was delivered with that game.
It is 2d Minecraft basically.
No wonder devs treat PC like garbage, when these crap games sell millions. Meanwhile games like Stalker only reports 2 million(could be more, but i doubt it managed to sell 35 million). Add the cherry on top of PC gamers rewarding console devs who port games later, like Rockstar, sorry, you will still get your ports 2 year later, morons.

you are problem here, see both games are good. Terraria is actually way better then 99% of AAA games. People like you are reason why devs don’t care about PC, for you only graphic matters nothing more and fact is that graphics are least important part of any game.
