Valheim is one of the most popular games right now. As such, it comes as no surprise that various modders have released new HD Texture Packs for it, aiming to overhaul numerous textures.
- Work bench
- Wood pile, Wood Chest, Wood Table
- Straw Roof (Corner and staright)
- Anything that uses planks, such as wood walls, gates etc.
- Pine Tree Log
- Wood Furniture
The second pack comes from modder ‘Louis’ and overhauls 20 textures.
The third pack is from PoisonIvy and improves 8 textures.
From what I can see, these packs feature different textures, so they should be compatible. Moreover, their creators plan to add more textures in future versions.
Lastly, Aurelius has released an AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack. This pack improves the quality of numerous vanilla textures via Topaz Gigapixel AI. This pack appears to feature a lot of improved textures.
Unfortunately, though, the modder does not plan to add new textures (or release any updates/fixes for it). Additionally, some users have reported issues with some of its textures. Below you can find some comparison screenshots from this pack.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
