Electronic Arts and Respawn have released a teaser for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and announced that the game will be officially revealed this Saturday at 6:30PM GMT. EA plans to release the first gameplay trailer this Saturday so we are really looking forward to it.
From what we know so far, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be a single-player third-person action adventure game that will be using Unreal Engine 4 and targets a Holiday 2019 release.
Fallen Order will tell an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, and promises to have a dark tone and vibe to it.
It’s also worth noting that according to reports, Chris Avellone has done some story work, story/character reviews, and wrote cinematic scripts for the game.

Literally every single game ever made with 3p action combat has enemies “lining up.”
They aren’t all hitting you at the same time because it would be totally unfair. SOME of them do but not all the time.
Even on master ninja, ninja gaiden didn’t have every single dude hitting you at once. They may have tried to but it rarely ever happened. Same with Dante’s Inferno or God of War or Bullet Witch or Heavenly Sword or Lollipop Chainsaw or DMC or PoP.

By your comments I’ve gathered you’re one of these casual gamer dudes who likes to act reasonable and pretend people who actually play games are just being jerks.
EA is physically incapable of making a good game. Period. The only reason Respawn has made 3 out of 3 good games is because it’s a super-group of industry veterans responsible for games like MoHAA, Call of Duty, and Titanfall, and because EA had minimal involvement with the first Titanfall. The developer is still in their prime before ridiculous EA corporate nonsense has ruined them.
There’s literally no info whatsoever available about this game,. None. Not one thing to indicate it won’t be trash. So given that EA has only produced trash, except for the developer making this specific game, it’s unreasonable to assume it won’t be trash.

yes all we wanted was another Force Unleashed but instead is MP garbage everywhere. Once EA is involved you’ll never get a good game, that’s just how things are. Because to them, anything that brings in less money than FIFA isn’t worth it for them. hence why everything has to be MP. They do not care about making a good game, your money is all they care about. A lot of people hated TFU 2 .
The only real problem with it was it was way too short – literally only 5 planets and 2 of them were the same. If I remember correctly. Kamino, Cato Neimodia, Kamino again, couple others.
Ya. I bought the collector’s edition on 360. Still have the steelcase and the Starkiller flash drive, although I erased all the stuff on it when I reformatted it – lol. I’m sure it’s on the net somewhere. As well as my 360 drive.
I liked TFU2, the dual sabers thing was pretty sweet. Just wished it was a longer game.

Brace for the apologetic “good guy” routine and doctored gameplay by these con artists. Ignore the execs b*tching about “but games are too expensive to make so we monetize,” but then the subsequent, massive, multi-million dollar fake hype “I cant wait to play this game” campaign using paid off streamers, youtubers, community managers posing as gamers in discussion boards, and fake interviews by sponsored journalists/gaming sites. And for whatever they do show, remember it is pure flashy marketing, fellow gamers.
At this point, they should not be “revealing” anything marketing related, but running a pro-consumer mission to bring pure games, consistently for at the very least a year, that are ready to play and are packed with quality content on day one at a flat price.

EA. All I can do is genuinely laugh at anything they release these days. It’s digital vomit by every sense of the word, and it just baffles me that anything this cesspool of a company puts out, still gets any coverage and momentum. The world truly is, full of stupid people.
We have gotten burned so many times that’s its impossible to get excited about this game. Thanks EA you have a long way to go before customers will buy your games. That how it should be at least 🙁 I will wait for a lot of reviews before even considering this.

The funny thing is academy sucked. It had no real storyline and was barely ahead of outcast in gameplay. Multiplayer was a riot though even without the hilarious jk2 server mods

I want to say I can’t believe how many opportunites EA is just ignoring, but, I can.
Why aren’t they making Empire at War 2? Look, new canon Episode 7 onward, including the context to Episode 7, is utter trash. But even so, a modern Empire at War with First Order ships or hey – even one that had different campaigns or time periods where you can do Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War, and then whatever this new garbage is called, with mod support, would be great. I’d buy it. I’m sure any fan of Empire at War would.
Why no Jedi Knight 4/real Jedi Knight 3 since Academy was really a standalone expansion? Easily one of the most legendary games in the vast history of Star Wars games.
Why no TIE/X-Wing reboot? No new Rogue Squadron? No KOTOR 3? No proper RPG?
