As we’ve already stated, we don’t cover DLCs unless they are free. And surprisingly enough, DICE and Electronic Arts are currently giving away the Season Pass for Star Wars: Battlefront for free to all owners.
As such, owners of the base game can acquire the Season Pass and get free access to all four expansions. We don’t know until when the game’s Season Pass will be available for free, so we strongly suggest getting it right now.
The Star Wars: Battlefront Season Pass includes four expansions; Outer Rim, Bespin, Death Star, and Rogue One: Scarif. The Season Pass also introduces four new game modes, eight heroes/villains and 16 maps.
Have fun!

Mediocre.
after everyone payed 120$ it’s free now
disgusting! https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/0787cd3dc3d8d31c3b52954668ab6f6e7af7446343af788519588a1a2c6d4721.jpg
Well it’s pretty dumb to support a crappy developer like EA in the first place
you got that right, buying battlefront was a mistake i don’t intend to repeat
and i’ve already uninstalled origin to prevent and additional mistakes
i still wonder what to do with a 300$ account full of EA games
probably leave it as a reminder to never buy an EA game ever again

You already bought them, just turn off all their crap, and set it to open at your games page.
You’ll never see the store, unless you open it, and you can do that with your browser anyway.
I’m not certain of this, but you may be able to set it to run minimised, and just use a game shortcut. Not at my PC to check.
I do know you can set it to shut down when you close the game.
I hate using store clients, and Origin’s better than Steam, simply because I can set it not to update my modded games.
In fact I like Origin more than Steam, only GOG Galaxy is better, and only because I don’t have to use it, and can get offline installers on GOG.
Point is you can play what you own, without even looking at the store page.
the only good thing i can so on origin
is that their refund system is generous and functions properly
24 hours vs steam’s 2 hour
but everything else about is consolized and blandly designed
GOG is by far the best out of the 3 (4 if you count Ubisuck)
still the games have lost their magic, battlefield sucks now
battlefront is barren and full of microtransactions
and the single player games are easily torrented to run without the annoying DRM in the background
in my honest opinion? their games aren’t even worth playing
let alone buying.
I waited until the Ultimate Edition was 4.99.
They did the same thing for Battlefield 4 right before Battlefield 1 launched, except that’s actually a good game that people are still playing. I’ll probably add this to my library just for the hell of it, but I don’t ever see myself playing this.
Now I feel cheated lol, but in the end it’s not like it matters since I bought the DLC when it was half the price and even then the season pass content was dead.
And upon that day, not a single f*ck was given, by anyone, anywhere.
