Select Square Enix games are now back on NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service GeForce Now


NVIDIA has announced that some of Square Enix Games are now available on the company’s cloud gaming platform GeForce Now. NVIDIA’s GeForce Now is a streaming service that allows PC players to stream games they own on various devices.

With this latest update almost 21 games are making their way to this service. Square Enix is back with some of its popular franchises including Just Cause and Tomb Raider.

Select Square Enix titles are returning to GeForce Now. The current library of Square Enix  consists of 14 PC titles, including the Deus  Ex, Just cause and Tomb raider series. Square Enix was one of the earliest game publishers to pull back its library of games from GeForce Now.

The publisher is now returning to the platform thanks to the opt-in program. Square Enix has opted in many of their popular franchises to GeForce NOW, such as Deus Ex, Just Cause and Tomb Raider from Crystal Dynamics, Eidos, and other developers.

The full list of Square Enix games streaming on GeForce NOW, at the time of writing, is:

  • BATTALION 1944
  • Boundless
  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut
  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
  • Just Cause 3
  • Just Cause 4
  • Life is Strange
  • Life Is Strange 2
  • Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration
  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (RTX On)
  • Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition
  • Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance
  • The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit
  • Tomb Raider (2013).      

In addition to the above titles from Square Enix, Nvidia is also adding a handful of games  from other publishers as well:

  • Hardspace: Shipbreaker
  • Automation – The Car Company Tycoon Game
  • Paladins (Epic Games Store)
  • Power of Seasons
  • SAMURAI SHODOWN NEOGEO COLLECTION (Epic)
  • Satisfactory (Epic)
  • SMITE (Epic)

NVIDIA is also working with Epic Games to bring the Epic Vault weekly free titles to GeForce Now, with the current work-in-progress being The Escapists 2 title.

All of these games should be available on GeForce Now from 1pm Pacific today (4pm Eastern, 9pm UK).
