Rocket League Has Sold One Million Copies On Steam

Psyonix has announced that its soccer/racing hybrid, Rocket League, has sold one million copies on Steam. In order to celebrate this milestone, Psyonix is offering the game with a 10% discountĀ for the next 43 hours.

Rocket League is the long-awaited, physics-based multiplayer-focused sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars.

Players can choose a variety of high-flying vehicles equipped with huge rocket boosters to score amazing aerial goals and pull-off incredible game-changing saves.

Using an advanced physics system to simulate realistic interactions and powered by Unreal Engine 3, Rocket League relies on mass and momentum to give players a complete sense of intuitive control in this unbelievable, high-octane re-imagining of association football.
